FAQ: What is the Delivery Time of Seating Matters Chairs?

Seating Matters chairs have a 3 week turnaround time from receipt of payment. If you require a chair sooner we have a FastTrack option which depending on which part of the world you are in can mean your chair would be dispatched within 7 working days.

Normal Ordering Process:

1. Book A Seating Assessment

The people using our chairs are of the utmost importance to us. This is why we provide FREE Seating Assessments carried out at a time and place that suits you, by a trained Seating Specialist. This usually will take around 60 minutes. If your patient or family member requires an assessment please contact us today. 

2. Quotation

The Seating Specialist will advise on the most suitable chair and accessories to help achieve the ultimate comfort, posture and pressure management for the patient along with the associated cost.

3. Place your Order

Please contact Seating Matters to confirm the order and we will do the rest. Ensure you have your quote reference number to hand.

Speak to your local Seating Specialist to enquire about funding available in your area.

4. Delivery and Setup

Standard Delivery

Your chair will be dispatched 3 weeks from receipt of confirmed order. As each chair is bespoke and handcrafted for you, production commences only when the order is confirmed.

Fast Track Delivery

At Seating Matters we put the needs of our clients first and we understand there is often an urgent requirement to provide a chair for a patient in need so to accommodate this we offer Fast Track delivery to expedite discharge from hospital or for palliative care patients.
