A Doctor of Physical Therapy, Elizabeth Tierney graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York in 2016. She is a Bachelor of Science in Pre-professional Studies, who graduated from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, USA. Elizabeth has practiced physical therapy for a number of years specialising in acute care, outpatient and pediatric home care settings. She was furthered her career by taking on the role of one of the editors of The Clinician's Seating Handbook and has written various clinical papers including the in-depth ‘Medical Conditions’ and other Seating Matters educational learning materials.
