At Seating Matters we take pride in providing the highest standards of customer service to the clinicians we work with and ultimately to the people sitting in our chairs day in, day out. We could not do this without the help of our key partners and distributors across the world who are with our customers on a daily basis.
As a way of saying thank you, we wanted to reward two of our top UK partners by inviting them to a prizegiving event at Seating Matters headquarters in Northern Ireland earlier this month.
We selected two outstanding partners based on feedback we recieved from clinicians which demonstrated the overwhelming level of support they are providing to our customers throughout the year. These two partners in particular are valued as a key support system for many OTs, nurses, physiotherapists in their area and it's clear that they are a trustworthy, reliable point of contact for advice with regards to any seating queries they have.
When I started the company I was only too aware of the lack of resources in this area that was available to me and so I have instilled in our Seating Specialists the need to be a support system for the customer, to be there when they need us.
